(“Change Travel”), including but not limited to our website, booking platforms, and any other related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

  2. Modification of Terms: Change Travel reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  3. Data Security: Change Travel takes the security of your data seriously and employs industry-standard measures to protect it.   4. Creative Booking Methods: Change Travel may utilize “flight hacking” methods and other creative booking methods for all types of services we provide, to offer the best deals to our clients. By engaging our Services, you expressly authorize us to employ such methods on your behalf.

  5. Responsibility for Mistakes: While we strive for accuracy in all bookings and services provided, errors may occur. It is the responsibility of the client to promptly notify Change Travel of any mistakes or discrepancies within 12 hours of booking. Failure to do so releases Change Travel from any liability for such errors.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Change Travel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services, including but not limited to errors, omissions, inaccuracies in bookings, data breaches, creative booking activities (aka. flight hacking), injuries or damages incurred while traveling, or any results of recommendations made or advice given by Change Travel and its affiliates.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Florida, USA. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Change Travel and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

  9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  10. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
